🌸 Step 1: Finding Your Perfect Fit
Before we create your custom set, it’s important to find your ideal size and shape! Because every set is handcrafted just for you, starting with a Sizing Kit is the VERY BEST way to get the perfect fit.
And, guess what?! If you order a custom sized set in a shape or length for the first time, we ship out a complementary sizing kit to you right away so that you can send us your sizes. No need to purchase the two items (custom set+sizing kit) with a set order. If you have ordered the purchased shape/length before, than you are set. We keep your sizes handy so that you can order freely anytime.
Not sure what shape suits you best? No worries! You can send a few clear photos of your natural nails to @cutesynails_bymj on Instagram, or via our 'contact us' page—we’ll chat and find the best style for you.
It might feel like an extra step, but trust us—getting your size right ensures your nails look and feel amazing. 💕

Want something simpler? Our Solid color sets can be ordered any time! If you need a custom color, reach out to us and we will make sure to match your desired shade. If you have not order the shape/length from us before, we will ship you the sizing kit right away.
If you’d rather not wait for a custom set at first, check out the Ready to Wear Sizing kits —they’re ready to go and just as cute!
🛍️ Step 3: Place Your Order
Ready to order? Yay! Here's what to do next:
For customs: Start by sending us a direct message on Instagram (@cutesynails_bymj) or email us at contact@cutesynails.com with the following:
💖Your Name
💖The design(s) you want (feel free to include inspo photos!)
💖If you have any nail shape preferences
💖Any pertinent information that will help (i.e. are they for a specific event date)
Once we’ve reviewed your initial request, we’ll respond to confirm your details. Once the details are set, we will tell you which custom product to add to your cart so that you can process the purchase. Once the order is placed, we send out the sizing kit to you if this is a new shape/length. Once you have received the sizing kit, it would be important that you send us a picture of your completed sizing card.
*We would not be able to begin to make your order until the order is processed via our website AND after we have received your nail tip size information. Once we receive those two things, we will be able to start creating your stellar nails!
Please note: Your order isn’t confirmed until checkout is completed through our website.

Processing + shipping takes about 14-21 business days.

All Cutesy Nails by MJ sets are handcrafted with love in Chicago. We only offer U.S. delivery at this time.
Once we have created you shipping label, you’ll receive a shipping email with a USPS tracking number.
